Is it normal to have pregnancy symptoms after a miscarriage?

I just went to the doctors and she told me I was having a miscarriage at five weeks. I'm devasted and I may just be in denial but how long do you still feel pregnant. I'm hungry all the time, breast are tender, and constant nausea. Of course I'm hoping the doctor was wrong but if she is right I would like to know how long this is going to continue.
