How would you define a "real" Christian?

I believe that a true church can be two or people who gather in the name of Christ regardless of what denomination they call themselves. Yes, there are churches that add a bunch of extra things or interpret the Bible in a way that most Christians would disagree with. If anyone believes that Jesus is Lord though and makes an effort to treat others as they would wish to be treated, I recognize them as a fellow Christian.
