Is my Industrial Piercing Infected, if so....what to do?

Getting white/yellowy and sometimes light green crust on my industrial recently (being just today and yesterday). I was wondering if it's infected, it doesnt really hurt but it's a little tender than usually but it has been because i'v been banging it a lot by accident recently, also I havent cleaned it in a couple of days so could that be it? What can I do if it is?
