My daughter has very very thick natural hair she is tender headed in top I need the best shampoo & conditoner ?

That moisturizes and detangles her before styling, I normally shampoo condition & braid . I need help Bc she sometimes cry when I blow dry I tried letting her hair air dry before trying to braid or even put into ponytails. I need help tried one hair dresser but she was so hard and rough on my baby hair i had 2 tell her she was hurting my baby head she is only four with a lot of hair and now she is afraid of going to the hair dresser I wanna try someone new but when I meant to her about my hairdresser which is gentle with my hair she still is afraid!! So what should I do!!
