Sick really need someones help please!?

Hi, I have been sick for 4 days now and it started off bad, I am a 20 year old male 210, 6'6. I don't wanna go to the doctor and wait for 9 hours again so I need your help! I have a swore throat to a point I can't swallow cause it hurts so badly I only recently got this massive ear ache on my right side, coughing violently to a point I gag every time now I can't yawn cause it almost feels like water in my ear but it hurts so bad, and a massive headache only feeling the pain on my forehead its also tender to the touch now ( forehead ). I drink water as much as I can and I haven't eaten in over 35 hours (just can't do it). Also I can't sleep well duh :P but please I really need someones help!
