Different denominations of Christianity?

Protestants fall into the category of all others that are not Catholic. United Methodist, Baptist, Episcopalian, Baptist, Lutheran, Presbyterian, etc. The major difference is their understanding of the sacraments/ordnances, view on baptism (infant verses adults), and their doctrine or what they believe. For example, a woman cannot be ordained in the Baptist church but they can be in the others. Hope that helps if you want more info just ask.
