Having issues down there?

Im 14w pregnant and had this problem on and off. I also had no stds and yeast infections. My dr told me it might be sensitivity from a detergent or soaps that im using and to wear cotton panties. I stop using the softener sheets and switched to 100%cotton panties and hasnt came back. I also tried creams but that didnt work either so I stop using it.
