Is it sacrilegious to consume Lamb meat?

I'm not asking this question to argue with people's different Protestant/Religious denominations but I'm just stating the background information. I'm affiliated with Presbyterianism, and my Mother is considering assembling together a traditional Greek Lamb dinner. Usually, a Lamb represents the spiritual benevolence of Jesus, and or moral motif of Justice and innocence. Anyway the point being is would I be contradicting myself as a Presbyterian, and for that matter a servant of God If I consumed any Lamb meat? I've always contained an extensive affinity for Greek foods, and I've never had the opportunity to devour upon a delectable Lamb meal. Thanks for any information you may provide me with. Again, If you'll allow me to reiterate this I'm not attempting to initiate a religious argument over the internet. I'm just asking a general question.
