Is there a difference between Presbyterian and Reformed Churches?

They are very close in their beliefs. The Presbyterian churches use the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Reformed Churches use the Heidelberg Catechism, Canons of the Synod of Dordt, and the Belgic Confession as their main documents. They are both Calvinist.
