Do these signs indicate I'm pregnant?

The only way to really know is by going to a doctor or clinic. The symptoms could be caused by underlying issues & pregnancy symptoms are also symptoms of other things so it's really hard to even say probably or definitely not. It's unlikely since you used a condom but always possible. It can't hurt to go to the doctor because if you aren't pregnant then you can find out what's really wrong.
