Why did Charles Barkley call the Miami Heat 'a whiny bunch'?

He said they're such a whiny bunch. Is it because of Dwayne Wade? I know he had to be taken out in a wheel chair once because he injured his shoulder. That was really ridiculous. Is it also true that he made a dramatic re-entrance into game 5 after flopping?
