I want a Hawaiin Tattoo like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson will it hurt?

I want the tattoo that my Idol The Rock has on his left uper arm. I have a guy alrtready that will give me an AMAZING price as in $250 to do it and im wondering if itll hurt. im going to get it either way regardless, im just wondering.
