These people are christians too right?

So my friend that some how thinks he knows everything, believes that mormons, roman catholics, orthodox, puritans, presbyterians etc. aren't Christians. I try to say that Christian, means follower of Christ, All of those religions believe in Christ. So the main thing is, what should i say to him to make him shut his mouth on that.
