Which home sounds bettter?

I really like the first one.( 1529 Squirrel Lake Court) It has more bedrooms, (5, this means you would have an extra one that you could use as a playroom, spare room, game room, etc.) unlike the other house that only has 4. Also, the first house comes with 3.5 bathroom, and the other only comes with 2.5. This may still seem like a lot, but with a family of 5, 3 showers is definitley something to look for. Also, the first one comes with more things, such as a dishwasher, disposable, oven, ice maker, and microwave, which the second one does not come with. Also, the first one comes with porched screen and insulated windows, which are definitley things that you want. Although the second one has a bigger yard, you can see by the picture, the yard is mostly in the front of the house, which you may not want because you have a 9 year old. I think the first one is better, personally, and i hope this helps!
