How do you deal with moving from your old school?

I went to a Catholic school. Today was the last day of school and now everyone knows I'm not coming back next year. One girl cried, and no one wants me to leave. It is already official and the tuition for my new school has been paid. The new school is Presbyterian. I miss all of my old friends so much we are all 12 how do I keep in touch with my old friends during summer?
