Symptoms gone at 9 weeks.... So worried?

I am 9 weeks 5 days pregnant and for the last few days all my symptoms have gone. My boobs are no longer tender, sickness has gone and so has feeling and looking very bloated. I haven't had any bleeding which is good but I'm so scared about missed miscarriage etc. Had a scan at 6 weeks and saw heartbeat but no other scan since.
