There is clear liquid coming out my toe? Help?

Where the toe nail grows there is clear liquid coming out and the toe is really swollen. Last night was prom and i wore heals for a good 4 hours and my feel killed. Also the nail is really tender and i really hope nothing is serious! I have my leg rested on a table because mum said when pregnant people get swollen feet they but there leg up... But when i put it down i can kinda feel it all tingly. Please help im so scared.. and i hate the doctors.
