you probably are just not ovulating, normal, young, healthy women do not bleed while pregnant unless it is just a tiny bit of spotting. If you are worried about being pregnant, take a test because if you are it will definitley show up positive if you have already skipped your period and if it is negative then you have nothing to worry about
